Wajahat Faheem, MD

Dr. Wajahat Faheem completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. He later completed a Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He’s board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He’s also the medical director of the department of mental health at Landmark Medical Center.
